From the 16th – 19th May 2009, the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre in New York City will host the 21st annual International Contemporary Furniture Fair. This year there will be 642 exhibitors from the following areas : designers, manufacturers, representatives of contemporary furniture, seating, carpet and flooring, lighting, outdoor furniture, materials, wall coverings, accessories, textiles, kitchen and bath for residential, home/office, contract. An estimated 26,000 people will swing through the doors over the three days. When it comes to design shows, New York tend to do it with style.

Victorian Antique 7 piece Mahogany Parlour suite (4 chairs 2 arms 1 sofa) A lightweight suite with carved natural mahogany frames requiring light restoration four chairs in matching light blue velour two armed chaairs and two-seat sofa with original velour upholstery. Armchairs and sofa require re-springing and there are a few missing brass inlay strips that could either be replace or go without. One arm of sofa requires repair. Pictures can be sent upon request.
