the three seater sofa is 210cm long and 80 cm wide whereas the armchairs are 85cm long and 95 cm wide each. They have 5 year guarantee and have not been used very much. they have been bought at Dfs store 1 year ago. the leather is in the same condition as when i first bought them but i need to sell them i did not think at the time they were going to take so much space in my small living room. the three seater sofa costed me £1800 whrereas the price of one armchair was £700
